I sometimes make clear (though I like characterizing them as “albino”; I think I’ll steal that) Manhattans with either Isaiah Morgan rye whiskey (from WV and clear — it has to be aged to be sold as straight rye whiskey legally, but I’m guessing they age it for about 20 minutes) or Buffalo Trace white dog, Dolin blanco vermouth, and lemon or orange bitters.
