Being a fan of Jack only in Jack and Cokes, your write-up of this process made me want to dash home and into my laboratory to whip up a batch of this killer cocktail. I most recently did a review of the Jack Single Barrel, and found it to be delicious, and even better when thrown into a small glass of cola (I actually prefer RC cola for my whiskey and cola combos). http://whiskeyworldtour.wordpress.com/2012/01/17/jack-daniels-single-barrel-select-89-100/ But A+ on the write up… great balance of comedic spurs, on top of good ol’ fashioned informative boozing.
